Terms of service

The short version: we sell you a necklace with a message card, we ship it when we say we will, and if it isn’t right we fix it. The slightly longer version follows.

Orders & payment

Orders are processed through Shopify’s checkout. The price shown at checkout (from $59 at the time of writing, depending on the card and gift box you choose, plus any applicable tax) is the price you pay — shipping to US addresses is free.

Delivery

Items are made to order in the USA: production 1–2 business days, delivery a further 3–5 business days, tracked. Full details on the shipping page.

Guarantee

Every order carries our 90-day make-it-right guarantee — replacement or refund. Full details on the returns page.
